How Much Value Can You Add?

June 8, 2011 By Robert Corrigan 11 Comments

Or when is enough, enough? Or where have you been?

I don’t really know the answer to this apart from where have I been, you see the reason I am asking this is that Steve King and I have spent months producing content for our new membership site Internet Coaching Monthly (ICM) and we are determined to get this exactly right.

ICM is a new membership site which we are launching real soon but as I said we want to get it right first time out of the stalls but we are a bit unsure as to what amount of content represents outstanding value on a monthly basis.

We already have several months content already complied and several months more at various stages of completion. I month one you get immediate access to the complete build your presence online domain names , a complete video course on finding and reselling products to sell on Amazons Kindle platform and on eBay. This takes you step by step through finding your own inventory of products to sell on these platforms.

So what we did is create some more content, videos, audios and some subscriber appreciation bonuses.

So the question I am asking is this worth $17 a month for all this content or do we need to add more.

    Robert,
I think $17 per month seems like a good price for the amount you’re offering. There are plenty of other sites offering a lot less for a lot more money. I look forward to the site launch.

Hi Linda, thanks for the comment, we are just about to begin beta testing with a view to launching late June or early July. Keep looking for the posts.

    Thanks

Looks interesting, one thing I concern is that will there be any more spending or upselling of tools in this course in order to work in the way it coaches?
    Thanks

    Hi Sean,

In Internet Coaching Monthly we are keen to show that practically all we shown you can be completed using free online tools. As an example the Create your own Product Module was shot with a 30 day free trial of Camtasia Studio or you could use the completely free Camstudio.

The ad pages and sales pages were done with free HTML tools I show you them in action of you could use Expression Web or similar. The templates I already owned but there are lots of free ones on line or you can use a HTML editor to create your own.

Images are hosted on my own hosting account or you can use a free service such as photobucket or inkfrog.

The sources of products are completely free to use and resell there are plenty of these or you can use a resale rights or PLR subscription service.

PDF documents were created with Open Office which is completely free or you can use MS Office.

As you can see you can spend as much as you like or you can start this entirely for free.

    Hope this helps

    Rob

Hi Gemma thank for dropping by I have a complete video showing you how to use Kindle to sell eBooks. It shows you how to start from scratch for nothing. June sales so far using this system is 144 so not too shabby!

    Hi Robert

It’s hard to say if the price is okay or not without seeing the content.

Have you thought of offering a $1 trial for 7 days and then it goes up to $17 a month.

They seem to work a lot now.

It was good to meet you at Randy’s and good luck with the launch.

    Hi Robert,
I think 17 dollars is a fair amount to ask for what you are offering.People spend so much money falling prey to various scams and you are providing a type of knowledge that would be far more valuable than what they would be paying.

Information is very expensive. With $17 I think it is very reasonable price but the reply from Dawn Kay can be your consideration, it’s a good idea. Hopefully, I can see this product in Clickbank 🙂

£17 is nothing, you dont need to give away loads of additional stuff with something that costs $17. I think there is always a danger of giving away too much stuff as part of a package and cheapening the perception of the core product!
