Perhaps you have said one or more of these, I know I have!

If you want to start a review blog, your own personal blog or Article Marketing then content is king. There needs to be plenty of it and it needs to be of a high quality. If the thought of writing tons of articles fills you with dread and despair then there is an answer…

It is know as Private Label Rights or PLR materials. PLR articles or eBooks grant you  the rights to re-use, re-edit and publish the materials as if you had written it yourself. So you could produce a whole series of articles or posts for your review or personal blog by simply using the PLR materials.

But STOP!!! Don’t make the BIG mistake that most people make with PLR articles and that is to simply publish them as written. The obvious advantage of this approach is that it requires virtually no work and that is the mistake.

PLR materials should be looked at as a skeleton on which to build your own unique article, by re-writing PLR eBooks and articles you can put your own unique spin on the article or blog post and inject it with your own personality. That’s what distinguishes a good re-written PLR article from the source material (which many people will have the rights to use).

So where can you get good PLR materials?

A Google search will return thousands of links to PLR sites but as with all things all PLR articles are not created equal. So you need to be choosey about the PLR materials that you use.

One of the best sources of PLR for you to try for free is to sign up for some Giveaway events. You can then download a host of PLR materials and try them out without it costing you a cent. Here are some current giveaways to get you started.

Promoting affiliate products is big business, but and this is a big but, just at the moment it has itself rather a bad name.

You may ask why? The answers are very simple, how many e-mails do you get on a daily or even weekly basis trying to sell you the next best thing? In my case the answer is several hundred a day (yes really) how many times do these e-mails offer you something for free to thank you for subscribing, maybe a free product or free report? Maybe some tips or training to get you started online, or as in most cases is it just sell, sell, sell, anything and everything?

Are you fed up of the next must have product being promoted by gurus only to find the next day (sometimes even the same day) they are promoting some other half baked trash. And how do they know these products or systems work? Have they had time to try them out and see the results they boast about, I think not! These ‘gurus’ always have the answer or the next best way of parting you from your cash. There is a lot of rubbish out there believe me, but the excellent stuff too often get lumped in with the rest by association.

There must surely be a better way than this and there is. It is simply to promote only those products that are tried and tested or are from a respected marketer with a track record of delivering excellence, those whose products will be of use to your subscribers and that deliver outstanding value.

Free Monthly Websites. Launching at 3 PM EST Tuesday 19^th October a great new way of making money and here’s how you can get the most out of the program.

Free Monthly Websites, in my opinion is one of those programs you either know what to do with or you don’t. I will now show you how you can get the most of it and why Free Monthly Websites is such great tool which can earn you an extra income stream to your business for a long time to come.

The Three main categories we need to concentrate on here are:

1, Selling eBooks

2, Writing articles

3, Affiliate promotions

When you first login and download your website follow the tutorials which is very easy to do and eventually get your website onto your webspace. You are presented with a very nice well designed Adsense website.

What can you do with this free website? Well to be honest the free website has duplicate content so you can rule out getting to the top of the search engine rankings, the premier websites are a different kettle of fish all together but I will get to those in a moment.

Take option 1 above ‘Selling eBooks’ if you sell eBooks especially PLR (private Label Content) conversions, you will find Free Monthly Websites have a rather large variety of websites that correspond with a lot of the PLR out there (if you are a premier member you get a bonus PLR eBook). All you need to do is upload your eBook to a convenient location on your webspace and place a few corresponding links inside your PLR eBook for example:

I have a weight loss eBook and a small paragraph saying “there are 100’s ways to lose weight which can be found in various forms from Books to television to fitness programs bla bla bla” you could not take this small paragraph and insert your Free Monthly Websites website link in a prime location for instance “there are 100’s ways to lose weight which can be found in various forms from Books to television to fitness programs the best resource I found is at www.yourfreemonthlywebsites.com/fitness_website”

Now imagine you done this to all your eBooks! Simply take a little time upload your Free Monthly Websites website to your webspace then reopen your PLR eBooks and insert the relevant hyperlink which corresponds to your website and there you have it. For about 2 hours work you have created an income stream for life. Now imagine you have 50 PLR eBooks doing the rounds on eBay or your blog. Your AdSense revenue is going to creep up and up until you are earning a very respectable income. It’s a simple case of wash rinse repeat.

Option number 2 is even easier. I know most of you will at some point, or do write articles and submit them to relevant article directories. Well why not try writing an article about one of the subjects related to Free Monthly Websites? Upload your website to a location on your webspace, place the link in your article and there you have it, submit to article directories like:

And another income stream will start.

The third option is a little different. Using your Free Monthly Websites affiliate link to promote the website and earn a potential 98.50 per referral. You can place your link in the websites provided for you and in the eBooks you sell and articles you write this can generate a missive earnings income of 98.50.

So with your website up on your webspace and your eBook on eBay and your articles in the article directories, you will be well on your way to earning a nice income from a free resource.

I mentioned earlier your Premier Members website. These are a fantastic resource and are worth every penny for the simple fact you receive a private label eBook and 20 articles with every Premier Membership website every month. Not only can you use the eBooks and articles in the ways I have explained, you can key word optimize your website for the search engines, change the content and make your sites as original as you like. In other words you have full edit rights. So if you imagine directing a visitor to your Premier Website via an eBook or article, they will find a fully edited site with offers and affiliate links promotions, and even an Aweber signup box (which you can integrate with a little HTML knowledge) which in turn will create more revenue and more subscribers for you.

My recommendations are if you have a few hours to spare get started with this and you will soon see a Google AdSense income. If you use the Premier Websites, you can place affiliate banners, Clickbank affiliate links and Aweber signup box on your site as well as edit all your own content via an easy edit control panel..

In my last post I showed how “cheap” it was NOT, just to start a business using franchises which is the road that a lot of people go down when wanting to start up their own business. As a business model there are many advantages to the franchise model, you are already or should be buying into a successful business model. They will have their own manuals on virtually every task so that it is easy to find solution s to any problem. They will also have a team or individual that will be there to support you through your start up franchise.

But all this comes at a cost; Bryan McHeyzer in a comment on Part 1 gives the figure on $1,000,000 to set up a McDonalds in Australia. Now that’s rather too rich for my blood I think limiting the risk to $100 or less is the better option I think you will agree.

There are even some businesses that you can start for nothing. Not silly ones like stuff envelopes and make a fortune, my brother tried that when he was a student, he was the one who got stuffed! Or make….. [insert amount here], don’t you always know its going to be a MLM (Multi Level Marketing) “opportunity”.

Now if you want to lose friends fast and become a social outcast just follow the helpful instructions “Start by selling to your friends and family” or you could just hang a placard around your neck and ring a bell shouting “UNCLEAN” it’s just as easy.

What about drop shipping, just sell on eBay we ship for you! Yes of course I want to sell stuff on eBay at a much higher price to the drop shipper than I can source it myself. It does have the advantage of paying people to lose money on your behalf so that you don’t have to put the effort in yourself.

If you have an Internet connection you practically have every thing you need to start with now.

You may well ask how long is a piece of string (11 ¾ inches I have one at home!). Because this really depends on what type of business you want to run. There are several options.

Open a shop, let’s consider the costs, find a business model and research it, find some premises pay out for the lease, stock the premises use your own capital to stock it or get a bank loan if you can. Then there is insurance, rates and utility bills to find the money for. Simple just open your shop and wait for the passing trade to drop in and spend a few quid on the items you have for sale simple.

Well may be not this approach could prove to be very expensive huge amounts of capital tied up in stock especially if no one wants what you are selling plus the added bonus of working 7 days a weeks. If you are not there every minute how can you make any money?

Perhaps an easier way is to buy a business franchise; this has many advantages over going it alone. With a top franchise you are buying into an already successful business model, you will get the support and training you need from a proven business formula.

You may baulk at the price of a franchise but are the very cheap ones worth the investment; unfortunately all franchises are not created equal or indeed offer the same value. Lets take a well know high street brand and a respected franchise Subway.

Why Subway? Well one has just opened in my home town and the shop it moved into was formally a charity shop. This has been fitted out in the Subway corporate image I have no idea how much this has cost but it will not have been cheap.

A subway franchise costs about £6,000 for the franchise fee plus the fitting out of the premises, and all the other costs above. So how much this will cost in the end could be frightening but I saw a figure on a franchise forum listing £120,000.

If the though of preparing all those sandwiches and working long hours 7 days a week is your bag and you have the funds it could be the one for you! NO? How about this?

Clean out wheelie bins, this one is £16,750 now if you charge £6 a bin then you will only have to wash about 3,000 bins to get your franchise fee back! I don’t know about you but I can’t wait to get started on a cold January morning cleaning out stinking bins.

With too many of these franchise opportunities all you are buying is a minimum wage job for years to come. Believe it or not you don’t have to risk your children’s inheritance on the words of Theo Paphitas you can start off for just a few pounds, you can minimise the risk to yourself and you can work the hours you want.

“It sounds too good to be true, but tell me more”.

You can start an eBay business for just a few pounds in listing fees, start by selling the stuff you no longer want or need and use the money you make as your starting capital to purchase some new products to sell. Did you know that you can sell the same products on Amazon? In some categories you will get a better price than you will get on eBay.

To me for the small retailer without a unique selling point and a hungry market the retail model is flawed and you will always be waiting for your customers to come to you.

What about working for yourself online? Easy to use template drive e-commerce packages are available at a very modest monthly cost for most hosting companies, why pay eBay’s extortionate listing and final value fees if you don’t need too when you can keep the profit for yourself.
